May 15-17 at Antimi Sports Complex at Cosmo Park in Columbia, Missouri
 
Teams compete for a berth in the 37th annual NAIA Softball World Series on May 26-June 1 in Clermont, Fla. The 10 opening-round tournament winners comprise the tournament field.
