Assistant Softball Coach
Linda Diller
Linda Diller enters her first season as assistant coach, but is no stranger to the Cougar softball program.
Diller played for the Cougars from 2007-2009, earning the Coach's Award as a captain in her senior year. She was the starting left fielder for Columbia for two seasons and helped her team to a combined 71-25 record and an appearance at the NAIA National Tournament. Diller graduated with a degree in Political Science.
Linda transferred to Columbia after spending two seasons at Long Beach City College in Long Beach, Calif. Diller was the starting center fielder and received the Coach's Award and the Viking Award for being 'tough as nails.'
Diller, a native of Long Beach, Calif., lives in Columbia.
