Assistant Director of Athletics/Operations and Development
Ryan McDannold
Ryan joined the Cougar Athletic Department in May 2008. He begins a new position with the department in charge of Operations and Development.
McDannold, a native of Mexico, Mo., graduated from Mexico High School where he was captain of his wrestling team and an All-State wrestler in 1997.
After High School Ryan served at a US Navy Combat Medic for five years. After a successful time in the Navy, Ryan earned three Naval Letters of Recommendation and one Naval Letter of Commendation. He soon made his way to the University of Missouri where he spent two years and graduated with a degree in Human Environmental Sciences.
Prior to his hiring at Columbia, he worked game day operations at Dolphin Stadium for the Miami Dolphins and most recently served as an athletic counselor for Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Fla. while completing his Master's in Business Administration.
Ryan currently resides in Columbia, Mo.
