Bryan Curtis
Bryan Curtis is Columbia College's new Coordinator of Student Recreation and Intramurals, hired in the summer of 2008. Bryan comes to Columbia from Clearwater Christian College in Clearwater, Fla. were he was the intramural director for the past two years while completing his undergraduate degree in business administration.
“Intramural sports are an important part of the college experience,” stated Curtis. “They provide students an opportunity to get their minds of the daily grind of school and enjoy themselves in a competitive atmosphere. I am really looking forward to working and participating in the intramural program at Columbia College.”
Curtis, originally from Denver, Colo., played basketball and soccer in high school. He was named all-conference in basketball his junior and senior years and was a three time recipient in soccer.
Bryan’s hobbies include playing basketball, golf and watching the Denver Broncos beat the Kansas City Chiefs.
Bryan currently lives in Columbia and is busy making plans for next summer when he will get married to his fiancée, Ashley, on June 19, 2009.
